Roundwood Capital is a private equity firm which partners with executives and business owners on compelling opportunities. The principals of Roundwood are industry agnostic and have completed transactions across a broad range of industries, including: food and beverage, education, retail, distribution, logistics, manufacturing and industrial. While Roundwood Capital is a private equity firm, it is not subject to the typical private equity fund restrictions such as:

• Geographic focus;
• Sector focus;
• Stage of investment (early stage, growth buyout, buyout, distressed, etc.);
• Majority versus minority investment;
• Size of investment.

Roundwood Capital works with family offices that are looking to make direct investments and represent an attractive equity partner for executives. The family offices are not constrained by fund investment periods and are able to take a long-term approach to direct investments. Roundwood Capital’s relationships with a broad network of family offices allow it to reach the family office(s) that represent an ideal equity partner for a particular opportunity.
